These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and vf238 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at vf238.casa and all associated services, applications, and features offered therein.

By accessing the vf238 platform, creating a Member account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

"Wager" or "Bet"

"Withdrawable Balance"

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

Membership and participation in vf238 services are strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and remain true for as long as you hold an active account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering in your own name and for your own personal use only. Registration on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of vf238 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the vf238 platform for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
• You are not suffering from or being treated for a gambling addiction that would make participation in gaming activities harmful to you, and you are not registered with any self-exclusion programme covering online gaming platforms.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to update your information promptly if any of it changes.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Member Account on the vf238 platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, usernames, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any pending balances.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials at all times.

vf238 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Required documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used to fund your account.

• You must notify vf238 immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.
• vf238 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant and subject to an administrative maintenance fee in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform at the relevant time.

vf238 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB Bank. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and applicable processing times are displayed within your Member Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits must be funded exclusively from payment accounts held in your own name. vf238 does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment source not belonging to the registered Member will be returned to source, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: As displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically clear within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically clear within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawal verification: vf238 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly the first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a threshold amount as determined by internal compliance policy.
• Currency: All transactions on the vf238 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise explicitly stated for specific payment channels.
• No chargeback: By making a deposit, you waive any right to dispute or chargeback a transaction through your payment provider in connection with funds that have been legitimately received and credited to your vf238 account.

vf238 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions (where applicable to sports betting), time limitations, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may not be available to Members in all jurisdictions.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and may only be converted to withdrawable funds upon satisfaction of all stated wagering requirements.
• Only one (1) bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• vf238 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse or technical error.
• Any Member found to be abusing bonus structures — including through multiple account registration, collusion, bonus hunting using low-risk strategies, or any other form of exploitative play — will have their bonus eligibility revoked and may have their account suspended or closed.
• The VIP loyalty programme, including cashback rates, tier requirements, and associated benefits, is described on the Platform and is subject to change at vf238's discretion with reasonable notice.

All games available on the vf238 platform are provided by licensed international game studios and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained croupiers. The outcome of each game is determined independently and fairly in accordance with the published rules of each individual game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vf238 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Member Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any KYC process.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or play any game on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members or with Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to access another Member's account or any restricted area of the Platform without authorisation.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after funds have been legitimately credited to a vf238 account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification measures.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of vf238.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vf238 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.

vf238's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vf238 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, and shall not be liable for any service interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment network disruptions, or regulatory interventions.

vf238 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• The Member's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.

Members may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any withdrawable balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification procedures. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which vf238 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

Nothing in this clause shall limit vf238's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in respect of any breach or threatened breach of these Terms relating to intellectual property rights or confidential information.

vf238 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Members via the email address registered to their account or through a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform.

Amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
